You can add your contact details or change your existing details. You can do this for email and your phone numbers. Select the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select 'Update your personal details'. Add a new phone number or email address, or select an existing one to change it. How is Mobile Banking different to Online Banking? Mobile Banking is designed specifically for ease of use on mobile devices. Your phone's built-in features like touchscreens are used and information is properly formatted for a smaller screen. What mobile devices does the HSBC Vietnam app support? iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with iOS version 15.0 or above Mobile handsets with Android OS version 9.0 or above Android tablets with Android OS version 9.0 or above and a display screen size of 7" or larger What will happen if I don't update the operating system to Android 9.0 / iOS 15 or above? You can continue to use your current version of the HSBC Vietnam app until 4 Dec 2024. If you do not update your device's operating system to Android version 9.0 iOS version 15 or above, you will no longer be able to use the HSBC Vietnam app. If you don't have a compatible device, please contact us for more help.
